🛠 Steps to Create a Campaign
1. Access the Creation Area
Log in to your Smart Mobility platform.
Make sure you are in the Back Office (BO) as an HR/Admin user: the menu bar should appear on the left side of your screen.
In the left-hand menu, click on “Annual Reviews” or “Evaluation Interviews”.
You will land on the page listing all existing campaigns.
Click the colored “+ Campaign” button to create a new one.
2. Fill in the Campaign Information
Enter the following fields:
Campaign name
Description
⚠️ Note: Avoid using line breaks in the description, as this may generate unwanted HTML fields.
Status (e.g., Published – the campaign will start automatically on the set start date)
Start date and time
End date and time
Once all fields are completed, click “Continue to participants”.
3. Add Participants
You are now on the “Participants” screen.
Click on “Add participants”.
A window will open allowing you to select the employees to include.
Each employee will be linked to their manager within the campaign.
Once the selection is done, click “Continue to questionnaires”.
4. Select the Questionnaire
To create your questionnaire ➡️ Click here
On the next page, click the field under “Questionnaire” to open the dropdown menu.
Select the questionnaire you want to use.
Then click “Continue to scheduling”.
💡 Note:
If the selected questionnaire includes a question of the type “OBJECTIVE EVALUATION”, you will also need to select the relevant objective period.
5. Schedule Emails
On the scheduling screen, you can set up email notifications for:
The campaign launch
Participant reminders
Specific communications
To schedule an email:
Click on “Schedule an email”
In the pop-up window, fill in:
Email subject
Sending date and time
Recipients
Sending conditions (e.g., if the questionnaire hasn’t been completed)
Email content
Click on “Add email”
6. Finalize the Campaign
To save the campaign:
Click on “Save” (at the bottom of the page)
orClick on “Save and exit” (top right)
The campaign will automatically launch on the specified date and time.
ℹ️ Additional Information
The start and end dates are indicative: participants can still complete the campaign even after the official end date.
Once launched, the campaign remains accessible as long as its status allows.
