🧭 Step 1: Access the Notification Scheduling
Go to the relevant campaign in the Evaluation Campaigns module.
Click on “Edit” to open the campaign settings.
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.
Click on “Edit notifications”.
In the “Notifications and Reminders” panel, click on “+ Schedule an email” in the top right corner.
📝 Step 2: Create and Schedule a Reminder Email
Once you've clicked on “+ Schedule an email”, a window titled “New Email” will open. Fill in the following fields:
🖊️ 1. Email Subject
Optionally, choose an icon from the dropdown menu.
Set the email title, for example:
Reminder – Complete your annual review
.
🗓️ 2. Sending Date
Select a specific date when the message will be automatically sent to all defined recipients.
👥 3. Recipients
Choose the target group: Managers, Employees, or any other role involved in the campaign.
⚙️ 4. Conditions
This field allows you to define a dynamic condition for sending (e.g. only if the review hasn’t been signed).
By default, this field is set to “No”, meaning the email will be sent to all selected recipients, without any specific condition.
✉️ 5. Email Content
Use the rich text editor to write your message:
Personalize the message (e.g. Hello [Name], you have X days left to complete your review...)
Insert a call-to-action link (default is the "Login" button)
Add your signature, logo, or other visuals if needed.
📌 Tip: Use dynamic variables if available in your instance (e.g. [First Name]
, [Review Deadline]
).
➕ 6. Add More Notifications
Once your email is ready, click “+ Add notification” to save it.
You can repeat this process to schedule several emails at different times (e.g. campaign launch, mid-campaign follow-up, final reminder).
