📌 Purpose of These Notifications
Automated emails can be sent to employees during a review campaign, depending on the status of their questionnaire. The system uses specific conditions to determine whether or not an email should be sent.

Details of Conditional Behaviors
Each condition corresponds to a specific state of the review questionnaire. The rules are as follows:

Completed:
→ An email is sent if the questionnaire has been completed by the employee.

Not Completed:
→ An email is sent if the questionnaire has not yet been finalized.

Signed:
→ An email is sent if the questionnaire is completed and signed by the employee.

Not Signed:
→ An email is sent if the questionnaire is completed but not yet signed.

📧 Example of Behavior
Case: The email was not sent.
Reason: The selected condition was "Not Signed".
Explanation:

The "Not Signed" condition requires that the review form be both completed and not signed.

If the form is not yet completed, the system will not send the email, in accordance with this logic.
