As an HR or manager, how do you indicate that an employee is absent from a scheduled interview during a campaign?

  1. From the left-hand pane on the home page, click on " Performance reviews "

  2. On the page, look for the employee who was absent during his appraisal interview.

  3. Click on the "Absent employee" button below the employee's name.

  4. A pop-up window will appear. Click "Yes" to the question "Do you want to update the status to "Absent employee"?"

Question 1: Can the employee continue his interview at a later date?

Answer 1: No. The interview will be considered completed and signed by the employee.

Question 2: How do I remove the "absent employee" status once it has been entered?

Answer 2: Follow the same procedure as indicated on the article, to remove the mention. The interview will be marked as not started, and as unsigned.
