📌 Feature Available on Request

A feature is available that allows you to generate PDFs for performance reviews even if they haven't been signed on time. To enable it, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or the Neobrain Support team.

❓ Why This Feature Matters

At the end of a review campaign, the following issues can occur:

  • Some employees or managers may not sign their reviews on time;

  • Unsigned reviews do not automatically generate PDFs;

  • As a result, HR teams cannot retrieve the documents, especially once the campaign is closed.

✅ The Solution: The "Generate PDFs" Button

This feature allows you to:

  • Generate all review PDFs with a single click;

  • Include unsigned reviews, which will be closed automatically;

  • Retrieve the full set of documents, even after the campaign has ended.

▶️ How the “Generate PDFs” Button Works

  1. The campaign has reached its end date;

  2. An admin clicks the “Generate PDFs” button;

  3. A confirmation message appears (the action is final);

  4. Unsigned reviews are automatically closed;

  5. PDFs are generated, including for unsigned reviews (these will have blank signature fields);

  6. ⏳ Processing may take a few minutes for large campaigns.

📄 Where to Find the Generated PDFs

  • HR Side (Back Office):
    Go to Documents > Reviews

  • Employee Side (Front Office):
    Access documents via:

    • The Documents section;

    • Or directly in the Reviews section.

🔒 Important Notes

  • ✅ Reviews that are already signed will not be changed;

  • 🔐 This action is restricted to administrators;

  • 🚫 Once triggered, the action cannot be undone;

  • ✍️ PDFs generated for unsigned reviews will show empty signature fields — this is expected behavior.
