As an HR professional, how to create a Pulse campaign

As HR, I want to create a PULSE campaign for employees, using Neobrain's Smart Mobility tool.

  1. From your home page, look for "Pulse" at the bottom left of the side tab.

  2. Once the page is open, click on the "+ Pulse" button in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Please fill in the required fields:

    • Campaign name

    • Description (500 characters maximum)

    • Status: draft / published

    • Campaign start date

    • Campaign start time

    • Campaign end date

    • Campaign end time

4. Click on "Continue to participants" at the bottom of the page. These are the people to whom you wish to send the campaign.

5. Click on "+ Add participants".

6. Click on the check marks to the left of the collaborator's name to select them. If you wish to add all collaborators, you can click on the check mark at the top left, next to "Collaborator".

If you wish to add filters, you can select any of the following:

  • Manager

  • Management

  • Contract type

  • Position held

  • Region

7. Confirm that you are on a "Pulse" questionnaire template, and click on "Continue to planning" at the bottom of the page.

8. Define the notifications and reminders that will be sent to all participants selected in step 6. Click on "+ Schedule email", at the top right of the "Notifications and reminders" panel.

9. Create the reminder email you want from the box, and choose the date you want it to be sent. You can schedule several separate emails if you wish.

10. Click on "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

11. Check that your Pulse campaign meets your expectations by browsing the summary.

If it's in "Draft" mode, it hasn't yet been sent to participants. If it is in "Published" mode, it will be sent to participants on the dates you have specified.
