How to create a job offer from the Smart Mobility platform as an administrator, or as HR

Description of the steps required to create a job offer directly from the platform.

This article does not concern the automatic creation of job offers via an SFTP flow linked to the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

  1. On the left-hand tab, in "ESPACE RESSOURCES", click on "Jobs".

  2. Click on "Add a job".

  3. Choose the job description; you can retrieve the information from your repository by selecting an existing job description and clicking on "Pre-fill with this job description".

  4. Fill in the description fields: type of contract, city, country, status, line manager, profile and job description.

  5. Add the skills required for this position at the bottom of the page by searching for them in the search box, and click on "+ Add" on the right.

  6. Add the expected level for each skill by selecting the corresponding number of stars

  7. Select the type of application to apply for: by email, or via an external sit

  8. You can also publish an English version of the job offer by clicking on "English" at the top of the offer, or automatically by clicking on the "Automatic translation" button in the top right-hand corner

  9. Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page, then click on "Yes, I confirm!".
