HR - Add skills to a profile directly from a job description

Here are the steps for adding skills to a profile directly from a job card in your manager area:

  • Click on

    1. References

    2. Professions

    3. Click on the pen in the top right-hand corner of the job description to modify it.

  • After opening the job description, click on

    1. Skills

    2. Add skills

  • Once you have added the skill title and indicator, check the "Add the competence for each employee having this position" box.
