Add automatically skills to an employee profile

Contexte :

As an HR manager, you are the guarantor of the business and skills repositories within your organisation.Each business in the repository groups together several skills that you can classify by: skills used today, skills used tomorrow and skills used today and tomorrow.Depending on the HR policy implemented internally, each employee can either freely add one or more skills to their profile or have the skills locked to their job description and add/remove other skills from their profile.

Steps to follow

1. In the Job cards tab, click on the blue editable button of the job card you wish to modify

2. Go to the Skills section

3. Click on the + ADD SKILLS button

4. The image below appears on your screen; by default, the box 'Add the skill for each employee in this job' is ticked, so that all employees in this job will have the skill 'locked' on their profile.

Additional information

Once you have selected the indicator, it can no longer be modified once it has been validated. If the indicator were to change, you would have to delete the skill and create a new one using the new indicator. Before doing this, you need to delete the old skill from the relevant employee profiles.
