As a manager or HR manager, the spider radar is a graph that enables you to situate an employee on the skills grid for the position held and to identify the levers to be triggered (training, coaching) for skills that are lacking or to consider potential mobility for skills with the highest potential.
It is a local management tool and a steering tool for HR.

A summary of the strengths and areas for development is displayed for each type of skill, by cross-referencing the employee's motivation and mastery of the skill.
This tool is a good support for discussions with employees, helping them to identify areas for improvement and skills in which they are clearly interested in investing in current assignments or future projects (whatever their level).
It is also very useful for detecting the first weak signals of disengagement from a position for which the skills required no longer match the employee's motivation.
