Context :
As an employee, this graph gives you a snapshot at a given moment of your employee's skill level in each of the key skills of the job you do.
Description :
The spider radar is divided into 3 parts:
- Soft Skills, which include all the skills associated with the Soft Skills type
- Hard Skills, which includes all the skills associated with the Hard Skills type.
Each radar is scored from 0 to 4 (or 5), with 0 being the lowest score and 4 (or 5) the highest.
A legend based on gradual colourimetry from red to dark green tells you your level of mastery.
Finally, like a spider spinning its web (hence the name spider radar), your skill level is linked to the next one (see screenshot below).

A summary of your strengths and areas for development is provided for each type of skill, by cross-referencing your motivation and your mastery of the skill.
This tool is a good support for discussions with your manager to identify your areas for improvement and the skills in which you want to continue to invest in current assignments or future projects (whatever the level).

These graphs can be viewed by both the manager/HR and the employee.
