How to Add or Edit a Manager / Local HR for an Employee

It is possible to assign a manager or local HR to an employee and ensure that the correct referents are associated with each profile.

👤 Step 1: Access the Employee's Profile

Log in to the platform using your Admin or HR account.

Use the search bar to find the relevant employee.

Click on the employee's name to open their profile.


🧭 Step 2: Edit the Referent

Once on the profile, go to the Referent tab.

Click on the gear icon located to the right of the section.

In the edit menu that opens:

  • Select a new manager or HR referent from the dropdown menu.

  • You can also remove an existing referent if needed.

  • Click Validate or Save to apply the changes.


✅ What You Should Know

  • The selected person must have manager rights to be eligible as a referent.

  • The assigned referent will have access to the employee's HR-related items based on their configured permissions (interviews, feedback, goals, etc.).

  • You can return to this page at any time to modify the referent again.
