1. 🔍 Select the Employee
Start by searching for the employee you wish to grant BO access to:
Use the main search bar at the top of your screen.
Type the name of the person and go to their profile.
2. 🔓 Create a Manager / HR Access
Once on the employee's profile:
A button labeled “Create Manager Access” appears (visible only if access is not yet active).
Click this button to begin the configuration.
3. ⚙️ Choose the Role and Scope
Assign the Role
A window will open prompting you to choose the role to assign to the user.
This role determines the permissions and features they will have on the platform.
🗺️ Define the Visibility Scope
Next, select the visibility scope — it can be regional, departmental, or a specific group.
By default, the user will only see employees for whom they are designated as manager.
You can leave this field blank if the visibility parameters do not apply.
4. ✅ Confirm the Access Has Been Granted
How to verify the access is active?
The “Create Manager Access” button becomes red and unclickable.
This indicates that the user now has active access to the Back Office.
5. 📥 What Happens Next
The user can immediately access their Manager / HR space.
No automatic notification is sent by the platform — make sure to inform them manually.
You can then designate them as the manager of one or more employees.
If you use the Interviews & Performance module, this person can also be selected to delegate an interview.
If you wish to remove Back Office access, follow the same steps and simply click the X next to their access.
