In the "Professions/Jobs description" tab, you'll discover the professions that match your profile. The goal is to give you a better idea of whether your profile is compatible with the jobs listed.
The calculation compares the difference between the expected scores in the job description and the employee's score in your profile.
If [expected score] - [profile score] <= 1
Skill is considered acquired
If [expected score] - [profile score] >= 1
Skill is considered not acquired
Example:
The English skill has an expected level of 3.
I have a level of 2 for this skill.
3-2 = 1, so the skill is considered acquired (taken into account).
I have a level of 1 for this skill.
3-1 = 2, the skill is considered not acquired (not taken into account).
The English skill has an expected level of 4.
I have a level of 3 for this skill
4-3 = 1, the skill is therefore considered acquired (taken into account).
I have a level of 2 for this skill.
4-2 = 2, the skill is considered not acquired (not taken into account).
📍Profiles with level 0 skills are not matched with level 1 business skills, to avoid matching when the profile has not yet been finalised.
The colour of the lozenges is set by default:
