Access : Manager workspace > Interviews

Context :
As a manager, you have a team of several employees. The period for reviewing and setting objectives has begun and you are responsible for preparing your employees' interviews. Some objectives are common to the team because they either call for collaboration or reflect an empirical objective shared within the company (e.g. achieving 3 days of pro bono work as part of the company foundation). To avoid re-entering errors or wasting time, it is possible to duplicate an objective created on one employee profile for all employees within the interview campaign

Steps to follow :
1. Go to the interview campaign you are interested in
2. Click on the employee for whom you want to start the interview campaign
3. Scroll down the interview form to the objective-setting section
4. Click on the 3 dots menu and choose Duplicate.

Additional information :
Once an objective has been set and duplicated, it is no longer possible to make bulk changes to an objective. If you make a mistake (e.g. typing) when duplicating an objective, you need to go to each profile to make the changes.
