Viewer access is designed to allow users to consult and use available data without making changes.

🔐 What Is the Viewer Role For?

The Viewer role allows you to access dashboards built from your company’s HR data. You can analyze, filter, and export insights without risking accidental changes—ideal for autonomous data reading.

📊 What Kind of Data Will I See? Do I Have Access to Everything?

No, you will only see data relevant to you:

  • Modules activated for you (e.g., Mobility, Cockpit)

  • HR data limited to your scope: for example, a region or group of entities if you're an HRBP

📆 Are the Data Up to Date? How Often Are They Refreshed?

Yes, the data is refreshed nightly. Each morning, you access reliable information—verified, enriched, and optimized for easy reading.

🧭 How Do I Find My Dashboard? Is It Easy to Navigate?

Once logged in, you land on the “Dashboards” page:

  • One dashboard per module

  • Interface appears in French or English automatically

  • Dashboards are clearly named based on HR topics

  • Navigate using the menu or links on each page

  • You can add dashboards to your favorites (Star icon) and filter by favorites

🎯 How Can I Filter the Data to See Only What Interests Me?

At the top of each dashboard, you’ll find filters, for example:

  • Region, HRBP, entity, period...

  • Some filters are interdependent: choosing a region adjusts other available filters

  • You can apply filters to part or all of the dashboard

  • Date filters let you easily select month, year, or custom period

  • Filters respect your scope and permissions

📥 Can I Export the Data? And In What Formats?

Yes, you can export most charts or tables:

  • Click the “...” menu of a chart or table

  • Choose a format:

    • CSV

    • Excel

    • Pivoted CSV

    • PDF (clean layout)

    • Image

All exports respect your visibility rights.

🧾 How Do I Understand the Indicators?

Each chart, field, or indicator includes embedded documentation:

  • Clear and accessible name

  • Explicit definition

  • Detailed calculation rules

  • Possible value indicators (e.g., “seniority,” “contract type”)

  • Often, you just need to hover over an element to see its description
