The table visualization allows you to display data in a readable and interactive table format. It's ideal for exploring data in detail and easily downloading it.

🔧 Key Available Features:

  • Sorting on one or more columns (by clicking the column header)

  • Automatic pagination for navigating large volumes of data

  • Reorganizable columns (drag & drop)

  • Filtering (e.g., show only a specific region)

  • Free-text search to dynamically filter visible results

🛠️ What Customization Options Are Available in Tables?

Designers can adjust:

  • Number of rows displayed per page (e.g., 50, 100…)

  • Visible columns (hide unnecessary ones)

  • Column order (drag and drop)

  • Display formats for numbers, dates, or percentages

  • Conditional formatting (e.g., highlight values above a threshold)

  • Custom column names

📁 How to Export Table Data?

Several export formats are available for the data displayed in a table visualization:

  • CSV

  • Pivoted CSV

  • Excel

  • PDF (with adapted layout)

  • Image

👉 Exports respect the filters applied.

You can also export the entire dashboard:

  • Click the “...” button at the top right

  • Choose “Download”

To share the dashboard:

  • Click the “...” button at the top right

  • Select “Share” to copy the URL or send it via email

  • Recipients must have access to the tool to view the dashboard

🔍 Is It Easy to Navigate Large Tables?

Yes. For large datasets, the BI tool offers:

  • Automatic pagination to load data by page

  • Integrated search bar for quick filtering

  • Full-screen mode for better readability

📌 Can We See Details About Applied Filters?

Yes, active filters are always visible above the visualization. This helps quickly understand the context of the displayed data.

🧾 Is Documentation Embedded in the Visualizations?

Yes, all visualizations (including tables) can be documented. Each chart can include a description with:

  • Chart definition

  • Calculation rules

  • Possible values

  • Useful business notes

This helps both Designers and Viewers quickly understand what they are viewing.
