Aligning objectives ensures consistency between individual goals and those of the organization. This guide explains how to align one performance objective with another in your objective management system.
Steps to align an objective
1. Access the alignment option
When defining the criteria of a performance objective, you can align it with another objective.
To do this, click on “Align an objective with another.”
2. Align an existing objective
If the objective is already created, go to the “Alignment” tab of the relevant objective.
3. Select the objective to align
Click “Select” to choose the objective you want to align with.
4. Confirm the alignment
Once the selection is made, click “Validate” to finalize the alignment.
