Step-by-step

Step 1 - from the Home page, access to the setting: click on the profile picture on the top right corner, then on “configuration”

Step 2 - On the platform settings, access to the training management module: Accès > Upskilling lab > Training management - https://smartmobility.io/company/account/setting/acces/module/13

Step 3 - Make sure that the following switch is activated: Ajouter les compétences de la formation au collaborateur lorsque celle ci est définie comme terminée

Troubleshooting

Issue: Skills are not automatically added to the employee profile.

How to resolve: Make sure that the training has been completed by the employee
