Step 1 - Access to the skill repository (https://smartmobility.io/company/skill)

Step 2 - Click on “New skill”

Step 3 - Indicate a skill title, the labels of mastery level, a skill code and a skill group

Step 4 - Select the repository in which you want to add the skill

Step 5 - Click on create the competence

Troubleshooting

Problem: I can not create the skill

Solution: Make sure the code is not used by another skill. It must be unique by skill and company.
