Module - Import Center

Step 1 - As an admin, from the home page access to the configuration by clicking on the profile picture on the top right corner

Step 2 - Click on “Configuration”

Step 3 - Click on “Accès”

Step 4 -In Analytics, reporting and Data HR, click on “Reporting avancé”

Step 5 - Activate the import center

Step 1: Click on Data Management on the bottom of the sidebar.

Step 2 : Click on Import Center

Step 3: Click on “Upload file”

Step 4: Select Hierarchical relationship

Step 5: Select the desire page of your excel, make sure your file is clean (copy/paste only values on a new file if needed)

Step 6: Select your file (csv/xlsx) and confirm

When your file was downloaded, you can select the data to import.

In order to make an import of hierarchical relationships it is necessary to make first an import of users.

Hierarchical relationship can be imported through 3 information:

relationship_id (predefined here: smartmobility.io/company/visibility/index)
