Activate / Deactivate an Employee / User

Audience: Administrator / HR / Admin

  • Go to the employee list.

  • On the employee profile, in the “Profile” tab, you can access the “Activate” / “Deactivate” button.

  • When a user is deactivated, “+desactivated” is added just before the @ in the email address.

  • When a profile is reactivated, “+desactivated” is removed.

  • If you are an employee and you cannot log in with your password, you may have been deactivated.
