Training courses available in the catalog often serve as a gateway for employees to explore what their company offers. They also help users stay informed—both based on their own needs and by discovering current trends among colleagues.
The like/dislike system is designed to provide visibility within the community by indicating whether a completed training was relevant or not.
Activation
This module must be activated in the configuration settings. Please contact the Neobrain team.
Overview
The like/dislike system is different from the “favorite” feature:
Like/Dislike: shared with the community
Favorite: personal to each user
Additional Information
The more a training course is liked, the higher it ranks in the algorithm results
It may then appear in the section:
“Most liked training courses by people with the same job as you”You can change your choice at any time (switch from like to dislike and vice versa) by clicking the corresponding icon
Only the top 5 most liked training courses related to the user’s job are displayed
Important:
Once a training course has been liked (or disliked), the vote cannot be removed (only changed).
