Description
Every manager needs to monitor their team’s HR activity across several key areas that shape an employee’s journey within the company: skills analysis, performance review, and development.
The manager dashboard is a reporting tool designed to support managers in this process.
Activation
The module becomes available once activated in the configuration settings. It will then appear in the left sidebar of the platform under “Statistics” within the Management Area. Please contact the Neobrain team for activation.
Overview
Depending on the available charts, managers can access information related to their direct team (and N-x levels), according to the visibility rules defined during project configuration.
Section: “Activity”
This section includes the profile completion chart.
A descriptive sentence indicates the percentage of employees in your teams with a completion rate ≥ 60%.
Important:
Completion ranges in the chart are: 0–25%, 25–50%, 50–75%, 75–100%
In the new homepage version: 0–20%, 20–40%, 40–60%, 60–80%, 80–100%

Job Mastery Chart
Measures the level of mastery for each job role within the team.
Only skills from job profiles are considered
Motivation is not included
Calculation:
Average = (sum of employees’ skill levels for job-related skills) / (sum of required skill levels for those skills)
Average Skill Gap per Job
Measures the average skill gap for a given job.
Only job-related skills are considered
Motivation is not included
Calculation:
(sum of employees’ skill levels − sum of required skill levels) / number of job-related skills
Higher scores indicate better job mastery.
Average Skill Gap per Employee
Measures the average skill gap for each employee in their role.
Only job-related skills are considered
Motivation is not included
Calculation:
(sum of employee’s skill levels − required skill levels) / number of job-related skills
Average Motivation Level per Job
Measures the average motivation level of employees for a given job.
Only job-related skills are considered
Motivation ≥ 0
Calculation:
(sum of motivation levels across job-related skills) / number of job-related skills
Job Distribution
Shows how jobs are distributed across your teams.
Chart cannot exceed 100%
In case of equal percentages, the job with the most associated skills is highlighted
This chart is useful for auditing employee profile data, especially to identify profiles without assigned job roles.

Measures skill mastery levels across the team.

The larger the bubble, the more employees have that skill.

Displays all skills available within the team.

Motivation to Use Skills
Measures employee motivation to apply specific skills.

Each skill has an average motivation score based on employee profiles.
Most Mastered Skills
Highlights the skills with the highest mastery levels.
