Creating an FAQ

Description:

The FAQ module helps provide visibility to users, especially when they are first getting started on the platform. Its purpose is to address common questions such as the platform’s philosophy, a quick introduction/demo using tutorial videos, and more.


Activation:

The module becomes available once it is enabled in the configuration settings. It will then appear in the left-hand sidebar of the platform under “Tools” within the Resources Space. Contact the Neobrain team for activation.


Procedure:

To create a question and its answer:

  1. Click on FAQ

  2. Define one or more categories by clicking the + button

  3. Create a question in the same way by entering:

    • The question title

    • The associated answer

    • The corresponding category

  4. Click Save

All fields are mandatory.

It is possible to create an FAQ in the languages available on the platform.


Important note:

If the FAQ is not translated into the other platform languages, the default FAQ language content will be displayed.

It is possible to automatically translate the initial FAQ into other available platform languages. Contact the Neobrain team for more information.
