Description:
Job profiles are regularly suggested to help you quickly identify jobs that match your profile, based on your skills and motivations.
You can also explore all available jobs.
How it works:
The Favorites feature is built into the platform.
When viewing job profiles, you can add a job to your favorites if it aligns with your career aspirations.
Simply click the heart icon in the top-right corner of each job profile.
Jobs added to your favorites will then appear in the Favorites tab.
Additional information:
You can remove a job from your favorites at any time. Simply click the heart icon again to remove it from your favorites.
Adding a job to your favorites does not affect the algorithms used to recommend jobs that match your profile.
The Favorites feature can be a useful tool when discussing your career plans and aspirations with your career development advisor and/or manager.
