Create a Job Offer

Publish open job opportunities to encourage internal mobility within your organization.

Description

Internally open job offers are a powerful driver of employee engagement and retention. Beyond the measurable savings on external recruitment costs, they also help capitalize on internal expertise and employees’ knowledge of the company.

Activation

The module becomes available once activated in the configuration settings. It will then appear in the platform’s left sidebar under the name “Jobs.” Please contact the Neobrain team for assistance.


Procedure

To create a job offer:

  1. Click “Add a Job Offer.”

  2. Fill in the required fields:

    • Job title

    • City

    • Country

    • Short job description

    • Detailed job description

    • Candidate profile description

  3. Complete additional fields if needed:

    • Offer code: useful for internal reporting purposes

    • Contract type: visible to employees

    • Manager: once the position manager has been identified, select them from the dropdown list. Only users with a Manager Space will appear in the dropdown menu.

    • Additional information: depending on the role or company specifics

    • Search and add a skill: a valuable asset for qualifying interested profiles and supporting career development plans

    • Logo: useful in the case of different subsidiaries

    • Application type: if employees are required to apply through an external dedicated website

    • Job offer URL: see above

  4. Save the created job offer.


To optimize the completion of the job offer, it is possible to prefill the form using a corresponding job profile sheet.
The job profile sheet must have the status “Published” for the prefill feature to work.

If the platform is fed through an automatic job offer feed from an external solution (Applicant Tracking System or ATS), then the Jobs section will not be visible to users.
This helps avoid issues related to duplicates, deletions, or other inconsistencies.

Additional Information

If the platform is configured in multiple languages and the Automatic Translation button is enabled, the job offer will automatically be translated into the other available languages.

This feature is intended as a drafting aid, and it is recommended to review the translations carefully to identify any necessary adjustments.
