Incorrect display in Outlook email notifications

Context :
You have received an email sent to you from the application.

The images included in the email cannot be displayed.

In this case, a red cross often appears, indicating that there is a display problem.

How to solve it ?
It is possible to unblock the downloading of images for messages from a specific domain (such as the application).

1. In an open message sent by a specific email address or domain

right-click on a blocked item.

2. Do one of the following:

  • Click Add the sender to the list of approved senders.

  • Click Add @domain to the list of approved senders.
