In the personal space, under the Profile tab and Skills sub-tab, groups without skills are not displayed.
Also under the Profile, and more specifically in the Spyder graph, the user sees all groups (even empty ones).
Finally, in the personal space and when exploring careers and/or job offers, groups without skills are not displayed.
