It is not possible to apply a dedicated weighting system to individual competencies in the same way as competency groups.
However, each competency within a job profile already has an importance level ranging from 1 to 3.
As an alternative, you can adjust the weight of competency groups. This allows specific categories of competencies to have a greater or lesser impact on matching calculations.
Please note that all competencies within the same group will share the same weight.
