Notifications During an Annual Review Campaign

Notifications play a key role in the smooth execution of your campaigns. When properly configured, they ensure that the right people are informed at the right time and encourage timely action.

Below is the platform’s standard behavior depending on the review status:

Completed

An email is sent to employees who have completed the questionnaire.

Not Completed

An email is sent to employees who have not completed the questionnaire.

Signed

An email is sent to employees who have completed the questionnaire.

Not Signed

An email is sent to employees who have completed the questionnaire but have not yet signed it.

Add Conditions to Your Notifications

You can add conditions to target recipients more precisely.

For example, an email can be scheduled for managers who have not completed the preparation of at least one review.

Managers will not receive details about the employee concerned, but they will be informed that an action is still required.

The same principle applies for an unsigned review (using the condition “Not Signed” instead of “Not Completed”).

Only one email is sent per manager, even if several employees are concerned.
