As an employee, you may be asked to complete one or more performance review campaigns. To do so:
First, log in to your Smart Mobility profile in the front office (FO). The menu bar and tabs should appear at the top of your page. To access your performance reviews, click on “Profile” in the navigation bar.
You will arrive on your profile page, where you can find various types of information such as experience, training, diplomas, and more. To access the review campaign, click on “My Performance Reviews.”
If you cannot find this tab, do not worry! An Admin user simply needs to activate it through:
Access → Performance Reviews and Objectives → Employee Platform → Tabs / Enable the “Annual Review” sub-tab
Next, click on the small “+” icon in the “Performance Review” section. This will open a dropdown menu showing the ongoing review campaigns. You simply need to click “Complete” for the review you wish to fill in.
This will take you to the questionnaire to complete. It may contain several pages, each representing a section of the questionnaire. Once you finish a page, click “Next” at the bottom of the page to continue to the next section.
When the questionnaire has been completed to your satisfaction, click “Finish.”
Please note that all answers are automatically saved, so you may stop and continue later if needed.
Once validated, you will no longer be able to modify the questionnaire.
After validation, the process will return to your manager. You simply need to wait for the review meeting to be scheduled. You can find upcoming meetings in the “My Meetings” section on the homepage.
Once the review meeting has taken place, you will be able to read and sign the review document. To do so, return to your performance reviews and click “Read and Sign.”
After reading the document, simply tick the checkbox and click “Sign.”
This finalizes your response to the review campaign.
You will then be able to find the signed PDF in your employee profile, in the same section as your performance reviews.
