🖼️ Logo: Dimensions and Format Based on Interface

✅ Is the logo the same for the Front Office (FO) and the Back Office (BO)?

Yes, the logo used is exactly the same for both the Front Office and the Back Office. It is applied automatically across both interfaces, with only the displayed size differing.

🛠️ No distortion will be applied:

The logo is proportionally resized to preserve its width/height ratio.

📏 What heights are recommended?

Front Office (FO):

  • SM (classic interface): 59.39 px (height)

  • NN (NewNeobrain): 28 px (height)

Back Office (BO):

  • SM (classic interface): 100 px (height)

  • NN (NewNeobrain): 35 px (height)

🔧 Resizing is automatic, but make sure the original logo is of sufficient quality for optimal display.

📂 What format should be used for the logo?

Recommended format: .png

Why?
This format supports transparency, which is ideal for clean integration across all types of backgrounds.

⚠️ Avoid formats like .jpg or .jpeg, which do not support transparency.

👤 Employee Profile Picture: Recommendations

To ensure optimal display in various modules (org chart, profiles, search, etc.), each employee’s profile picture should meet the following criteria:

  • Ideal format: Square

  • Recommended size: 250 x 250 px

💡 A square image prevents cropping or distortion during automatic display in the interface.
