✨ Importance of question visibility in reviews

When an administrator creates the questionnaire for a review campaign, setting the visibility of each question becomes a crucial step.

This configuration determines what employees and managers will be able to see or edit, directly impacting the quality of the conversations during 1to1 meetings.

A poor configuration can make some questions unusable or prevent meaningful feedback.

To help you, here is a summary table of the three available visibility levels for each question 👇

Status

Employee

Manager

None

Cannot see the question

Can only see the employee's answer

Reading only

Can see the question but cannot answer
➡️ Not very useful

Can see the question (including the green part) but cannot answer
➡️ Not very useful

Reading & Writing

Can see the question and can answer

Can see the employee’s answer and can add their own answer

Tip: Prioritize the Reading & Writing status to encourage better exchanges during 1to1 meetings.
