Why can't I change the evaluator in the annual review?

When you want to change the evaluator in a review, several conditions must be met for the operation to succeed

  1. The evaluator must have Back Office (BO) access

    The new evaluator must absolutely have BO access, meaning they must have an active role on the platform.
    Without this access, they cannot be designated as an evaluator in the 1to1 / annual review / individual review process.

  2. The email address must be valid
    It is also essential to ensure that the evaluator’s email address is valid and recognized by the platform.

👉 If this is not the case, we recommend contacting your HR team directly to verify and/or authorize the address.
