Once an annual or evaluation interview is signed by the employee and/or the manager, it is usually locked to ensure the integrity of discussions and decisions made. However, in certain situations, modifications may be necessary.
Conditions for modifying a signed interview
To modify an interview after signing, the following conditions must be met:
The interview campaign must still be open
If the campaign is closed, it will no longer be possible to modify the interview, even with approval from the manager and HR.
Approval from the manager and HR is required
An employee cannot modify a signed interview on their own initiative. They must obtain approval from both their manager and HR.
The interview reopening must be done by HR
Once approval is obtained, HR or the platform administrator can reopen the interview from the campaign management interface.
How to request a modification of a signed interview?
Step 1: The employee must contact their manager to explain the reasons for the modification.
Step 2: The manager must validate the request and forward it to HR.
Step 3: If the request is justified and the campaign is still open, HR can authorize the modification by reopening the interview.
Step 4: Once reopened, the employee can make the necessary changes before signing again.
Special cases
The interview is signed by the manager but not yet by the employee: In this case, the employee can still request modifications before signing.
The interview has already been used for HR decisions (salary increase, mobility, etc.): Modification may be subject to additional restrictions according to company policy.
If you wish to modify a signed interview, we recommend that you quickly contact your manager and HR to check the feasibility of the modification.
