1. Check My Credentials and Password

  • Make sure your username (email or employee number) is entered correctly.

  • Verify that your password is correct. Pay attention to uppercase letters and special characters.

  • If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it.

2. Check My Internet Connection

  • Ensure that your device is properly connected to the Internet.

  • Try opening another website to test your connection.

3. Check Service Status

  • The service may be temporarily unavailable. Check if there is ongoing maintenance or a technical issue by referring to your company’s internal communications.

4. Is My Account Locked or Expired?

  • After several failed login attempts, your account may be locked. Contact your local HR representative.

  • If you recently left the company, your access may have been deactivated. In this case, reach out to your local HR representative.

5. Contact Your Local HR Representative

If you are still unable to log in after these checks, contact your company’s HR team or administrator.
Make sure to provide:
✅ Your username
✅ A screenshot of any error message you receive
✅ The date and time of your login attempt

By following these steps, you should be able to regain access to your personal account quickly.
