How to Modify My Personal Information?
Your personal information is essential for proper record management and communication with your company. You can update it directly in your personal account, unless it is synchronized with an automated system.
1. Accessing My Personal Information
Log in to your personal account.
Go to the My Profile or My Information section.
Locate the fields Name, Email, and Phone Number.
2. Updating the Information
If the fields are editable, enter your new information and save the changes.
If the fields are grayed out, it means they are managed through an automated system and cannot be modified directly.
3. What to Do If My Information Is Grayed Out?
If you are unable to update your information, please contact your HR team or your account administrator to request the change in the main system. Once updated, your information will be automatically synchronized.
