Optimize your profile completion to obtain relevant matching scores

Written by Aurélia MICALLEF

Profile Completion Display

A profile completion percentage is displayed on the homepage. This percentage is calculated based on the following criteria.

Default Calculation Rules

A profile is considered completed when at least one of the following elements is filled in:

  • Profile picture added (enabled by default, but can be disabled via the module “Disable profile picture in profile completion calculation”)

  • Work experience completed (at least one experience added)

  • Education filled in (at least one degree added)

  • Skills declared (at least one skill added)

Optional Elements (depending on module activation)

Some elements are only included if the corresponding features are activated:

  • Interests filled in → if the module “Allow employees to declare their interests” is enabled

  • Recommendation requests sent → if the module “Allow employees to send recommendation requests” is enabled

Special Cases

Users who have never logged into the platform
These users appear with a 0% completion rate in the Sisense reporting tool.

Proxy logins (third-party access)
Since September 5, 2022, proxy logins are no longer counted as user logins. This prevents inaccurate KPI data.
Only standard logins (username + password) or SSO connections are taken into account.
